Barbed Wire
1. Materials: High-quality low-carbon steel wire (galvanization, plastic
Coating and spraying plastics). Barbed wire is used for various security fencing and barriers. It can be laid directly on the ground, mounted on the top of fence or in rows as an independent barrier. To prevent corrosion, barbed wire has a zinc coating. The barbed wire consists of barb wire and line wire. The wire diameter of line wire is larger. The line wire can have one wire or two wires. The barb wires are braided with a system of constant torsion around line wire. One barb wire forms two spikes and two pieces of wire-four spikes. The sharpened spikes are protective elements of barbed wire.
Using the two twisted line wires can improve the quality of fastening studs and prevent the displacement along the wire. On a single strand barbed wire, in order to avoid spikes rotate around horizontal wire, the horizontal wire is made by corrugations and its cross section is not circular.

Zinc surface density: (the more zinc, the corrosion resistance is stronger. )

Note: Our galvanized barbed wire is all hot dipped galvanized. IN addition hot galvanized, galvanized has another type - electro galvanized. Electro galvanized has less zinc - zinc on the surface of the barbed wire up to 10 g/m2. Barbed wire with electro galvanized will begin to rust in a year. We manufacture only barbed wire with hot dipped galvanized.
