BRIEF INTRODUCTION  :

Reinforced concrete wire mesh panel/metal welded mesh panel,steel bar panel,rebar black/galvanized welded wire mesh

is made from high tensile deformed bars, / metal rods with 3 to 40 mm diameter. These metal rods are perpendicular bonded by spot welding. Concrete reinforcing mesh used in residential, industrial and road construction, such as concrete footpaths and industrial and commercial ground slabs, precast panel construction and residential slabs and footings.

Our reinforcing mesh wire is ribbed steel rod, which creates improves bonding to concrete, minimizes any concrete cracking that may occur as a result of concrete shrinkage.
Smooth steel reinforcing mesh also can be manufactured according customers special requirement.


MATERIAL :
reinforcing welded wire mesh are mainly produced with raw material of SL72/SL82/A252/A393 standard, and 
Q195 and Q235 steel rods, according to Chinese Standard GB700-88.
 

Specifications:

Mesh size: 4.80 m × 2.4 m, 3.6 m × 2 m, 2 m × 4 m, 6 m × 2.4 m. Full size mesh sheets are 6 m × 2.4 m with side lap wires to minimize the laps between sheets on large areas, another in a handy 2 m × 4 m sheet, perfect for smaller jobs like driveways or DIY.
Cross wire and long wire diameter (mm): 6.00, 6.75, 7.60, 8.00, 8.55, 9.50, 10.00.
Mesh opening: 100 mm × 100 mm, 200 mm × 200 mm.
Square mesh lap has to be overlapped tied by tie wire at least 225 mm.
