Black Annealed Wire (0.08MM-6.5MM)
What is Annealing?
In metal wire producing, annealing is a heat treatment wherein a material is altered to cause changes in its properties, such as hardness and ductility. It is a process that produces conditions by heating to above the critical temperature, maintaining a suitable temperature, and then cooling.
Annealing is used to induce ductility, soften material, relieve internal stresses, refine the structure by making it homogeneous and improve cold working properties.
Advantages:
* Uniformity in softness
* Softer than common black iron wire, and has greater flexibility.
Applications of Black Annealed Wires:
It is mainly used in construction, mine industry, chemical industry, wire welding, clothes rack welding, reprocessing, etc. It has quite good effects when being used as construction binding wire and assembling reinforcement.
